Tammy Stafford is a family law attorney at Trek & Trust Law, P.A., who brings compassion, determination, and a client-centered approach to some of life’s most important and challenging legal matters.

A dedicated advocate for survivors of domestic abuse, Tammy understands that family law matters often involve far more than legal questions. They involve families, relationships, financial security, personal safety, and the uncertainty of what comes next. She believes every client deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and equipped with the knowledge and support needed to make informed decisions about their future.

Tammy approaches each case with a balance of empathy and practical legal strategy.
